No way this is Real?!

Received these photos from someone selling a collection, while the cert number seems to match km skeptical due to the rotated obverse and the very low price for what is supposedly MS66+ Red

EDIT: after seeing another photo the label actually says MS66 not MS66+ which is what the cert # shows. Also has a PCGS 1913-D T2 MS 66 with a 9 digit serial number. So im gonna say all are fake.

Corner the Market Atlantis Game Co.

Got this at a garage sale a while back, brand new but damaged seal and box. Has anyone seen this game before. Can't find any reference to Atlantis Game Company or thus particular Corner the Market version?

How to pick between offering returns and free shipping?

Im still in my first year of my eBay store. Since the beginning I have offered free shipping on everything except very bulky items. I do not currently accept returns but have heard enough to believe opening up to returns could improve my sales. My question is if I offer both free shipping and returns, if a buyer chooses to return the item for a reason other than INAD do I pay for the return shipping or does the buyer. Additionally I have many items that would not be profitable if I had to pay for shipping twice (potentially 3 times if I have to pay for shipping on a return).

Is it better to choose either free shipping OR returns or is it possible to be successful doing both.

Coming to you as a non-asain American with a question about red envelopes.

I work in cemeteries and occasionally families want to watch the placement of whatever stone or marker is being set for the deceased. Occasionally the family is asian and twice now Chinese family members have give me a red envelope with cash inside. I understand this is a funeral tradition?

My question is how should these envelopes be received, is there any ritual to it? Should it be treated as a tip? Should it be opened in front of the family in the moment, or immediately put in the pocket? I think American tradition is the the giver should be thanked but the tip itself shouldn't be counted or really even paid attention to.

Thanks!
