Looking up
My eyes decided they just can’t work when I looked up for less than two minutes this morning. Still undiagnosed.

We have a balcony and my regal half-pyr holds court over the courtyard and koi pond every day. Show me your pyrs overseeing their land/flock, real or imagined.
Edit: For those of you concerned about my pyr living behind bars, there is a 1600 acre park across the street.
Eye sucked this morning so I tried the test. Not being taken seriously by doctors because my antibodies (AChR and Musk) were negative. Normal EMG on arm and leg (after multiple tries to get a normal result) I am a carrier for multiple (4) congenial myasthenias.
I live in a very dog friendly apartment. There is one couple that has a medium sized, leash reactive dog. They let this dog run around off Leash and it runs up to people and causes blow ups.
Management is aware. I was just rushed by this dog, who jumped all over my dog and we weren’t able to get in my car. I asked the man to leash his dog and he became PSYCHO. Cussing at me, screaming, calling me names, saying I needed to get on the phone and get my brother or dad up there (I’m a 43 year old woman…no sure why he couldn’t just talk to me??) What would you do? I was unsure if I should like call the police or something. I tried to stop by the office, they are off today. I sent an email and got an auto-response.
EDIT – UPDATE: Thanks everyone! I did end up filing a non-emergency complaint online just to have some documentation, the police called me back and said at this point, it would be categorized as an information report, which is fine. They did suggest I reach out to animal control Monday. The apartment is going to address it next week...we'll see how that goes.
I’m interested in the sport and have a water lover/swimmer but he doesn’t like and stays out of pools right now. Loves natural bodies of water he can walk into.
I was going to try it because it looks fun but is it kind of a pain to have a dog that just hauls off and jumps into water outside of the sport? Like in life is it a pain around a pool or dock?
Currently treated as autoimmune patient, undiagnosed as to specific type. Its been a year + of this. Ugly, bad, desperate, painful, exhausting. I was not performing at work, unable to stay awake during the day, struggling to care for my dog. Considering going on disability, looking at a dark future. After sending my "let's wait and see" rheum a message crying that I was going to lose my job, I got an auto-response that he was on a LONG vacation. Like months. Panic set in. However, later that day, I got a message from his back-up. "Are you interested in a prednisone taper?" "YES! Shut this down, anything to function for a day." Was my answer.
WOW. I had no idea medication could help so fast. I'm on day 3, I feel like I'm starting to get my life back. I'm slogging through the mountain of work that piled up. I'm also painfully aware the prescription came with step-down instructions on the bottle and are temporary. Lay it on me, folks. Am I just going to slowly sink back down to the bottom of the fish tank? What should I know? Is it possible this feeling could last? I'm looking at aligning resources (transport, cleaning help, doggy shuttle) for if it happens again. Trying to plan with so many uncertainties.
Looking for some sage advice on how the steroids vs. reality work and what can be expected. How often they can be used. Thanks in advance.
I'm looking for branding/naming/communications examples on how large organizations brand and refer to their CMS or products and tools built on Salesforce. Primarily purpose focused organizations/nonprofits but will take any examples.
It looks like some continue to refer to them as Salesforce, Some completely debrand and give a new identity related to their organization, and some do a hybrid of the two (rename but endorse as powered by Salesforce). I'd like to hear some of the brand strategy and names that are used and anyones experience with similar projects. Thanks!

I am in the process of being diagnosed with what they think may be MG thats effecting my eyes. I've heard it's supposed to be better with rest...But are anyone's eyes worst in the morning or with certain supplements? Mine will droop during the day but they are by far the worst first thing when I wake up and if I take certain things (for instance I stopped drinking entirely but tried a relaxing adaptogen seltzer promoted at Sprouts once as an alternate (containing tryptophan and a few other things) and was the eyes were extremely bad. I am wondering if its just that I am tired first thing in the morning? But it seems like everyone else improves after rest. Would love to hear your experience.
Edit: This is the drink that triggered me: https://shop.sprouts.com/store/sprouts/products/24952767-zero-inc-kin-lightwave-single-8-oz
I have had an acceleration of extreme fatigue and eye symptoms as well as weakness the past year. I had trouble swallowing rice last week. I had a positive ANA test and they were thinking maybe autoimmune so I was put on plaquenil and I think that was a mistake. (stopped last week) I don't know if I actually have MG or have MG-like symptoms, the eyes are pretty characteristic. I look high a good portion of the time and one eye likes to just stay closed. I have had a positive result on the ice pack test. My AChR test was normal. I just asked them to test MuSK. I had an EMG of the neuromuscular team for weakness and it was normal. They had to try multiple times on my arm but eventually got a normal result. So they are refusing to see me.
I have found out through DNA testing that I am carrier for 3 types of Congenital MG (RASPN) and another RASPN disorder. I don't know if this could be due to that (I have read that heterozygous crossover can happen) or if I have regular MG and should keep pushing for blood testing. Does anyone have any advice on workup or diagnosis?
