I urgently need to visit a car mechanic and I'm new to the area, my car has 2 leaks… one in the brake fluid area and one in the transmission fluid.

I drive a 2012 Honda Civic EX.

I need to get my Power Steering system checked because my steering wheel is feeling stiff as well.

I also need to install a brand new Brake Master Cylinder to my car, I have it in my trunk brand new and sealed but haven’t gotten it installed yet.

Anyone knows any car mechanic that is honest and won’t rip me off? Someone that actually fixes cars long term for their customers?

I need to put some transmission fluid because my Shift Gear is feeling very tough sometimes and it scares me, but Valvoline charges freaking $250 for that.

Anybody knows when is it that they will start throwing the new asphalt layer to Middle St? Its been a few weeks and its frustrating to drive on that road with all the elevated lids and bumps.

It is also so weird that they are not working on it at night when there is barely any traffic just in day time when there is all the traffic pumping.

One of those elevated metal round things destroyed my front left mudguard, no big deal but please… when is going to be such a great road to drive on again?

Hey there, I'm asking about hispanic people because me being hispanic I find it very weird to find more hispanic people(of course I notice them speaking Spanish lol) around the area.

I'm bringing this up because sometimes when I go to Chick Fil A I get to hear some people speaking spanish, last night I heard some Mexicans, last week I heard some Argentinians.

Where do these people live? I'd like to connect with more Hispanic people.

Also I work at a place that is full of Dominican people(most of them I heard come all the way from Lawrence to Greenland.

What event is going on that I've been hearing loud music and a DJ shouting for hours and hours since like 11 am, around the library area? Is there some type of tournament or something?

I'm homeless and live out of my car, I just want to be at a parking lot inside my car where I can stay overnight and not be bothered by police or anyone else? Im a 27 Year Old Male who is trying to make it without doing anything illegal.

I don’t do drugs, I don’t smoke or drink alcohol, nothing. i'm just getting myself back on my feet and don’t want to be trespassed from places just for being in the car.

To not make this story so long, I've recently became negative once again and this is just my 3rd week working here, in fact this DS where I work just opened back in November of last year so I thought it was going to be a good room for opportunities. HR helped me one time to 0 my UPT balance but I have it back in negative again, back then I had it in -11 hours, they fixed it to 0 and now due to me fighting my mind and my bed, is back at -22.

I'm genuinely scared because I like working at this site and the job is easy even if its physical.

What is yall recommendation to this? Should I resign or should I talk to HR again?

Hi there, I just got rehired with Amazon but this time i'm at a site that opened back in Late October of this last year 2025, our learning ambassadors have told us that is very easy to move up and that they are converting people to Blue B,,, in just a month or sometimes even in less time.

And that the managers approach people in order for them to apply for new positions like if they want to become Learning Embassadors, Safety or some other position.

Has anybody worked at a new warehouse? I was about to start in around April but accepted another job, it didnt work out so I'm here again and I love how clean and organized and modern this warehouse is compared to other delivery stations.

This has me really concerned, sometimes I just open a Game and all of a sudden I have to turn off the console with the Power Button because it freezes out of nowhere.

Worst part is that this happens to me even when I'm just watching a YouTube Video with FullScreen mode on, its freaking stupid.

I had to do 3 Hard Shut Downs(if that is what is called turning it off with the physical power button, please correct me if I'm wrong) because it froze on me, 2 of those times was just watching a YouTube video.

Anybody have any advices regarding this situation?
