
Auction won, no items given

I won an online auction on 6/23/26 and the pick up date for the item was 6/24/26. I arrived at the warehouse pickup location at the specified time and showed my winning bid and item. The person helping me, who was also the owner of the warehouse, said they couldn’t find my item and I should wait for an email for when they located it
As of today, 6/25/26, I’ve not gotten any form of contact for the item. I’ve sent them an email and left a voicemail asking if they’ve found it but I’ve yet to hear anything. Looking at reviews for the warehouse, it seems like this is a constant issue with “losing items”
Nearly every single item in the auction, except for the one I won, had a reserve that was not met
I was charged for the item and sent an invoice which says “By signing above, you acknowledge that you have received all of the items listed above and authorize all related charges.” I have not signed it
