I found two of my family members phone linked to mine just yesterday night. And idk how to feel about this.

I thought I'm paranoid.

I noticed a pattern and i thought people spying on me then talked about it all to claude and gave all evidences and it told me to check for linked devices and i found four.

If anyone having knowledge on this.Can you please tell me about it. And how do I prevent this to happen in the future.

It's summer and so hot here

Lots going on at my place. I belong to a rural area..

Small village it is and some stuffs happened today and yesterday too which is kinda bothering me what do I do? I am having a lot inside to express so

I need to reflect too. About stuffs. My parents, family n all. Bit trapped.

I get really scared at night (ghosts, dark, general anxiety) and I always end up calling friends at odd hours. It's becoming a habit and I feel guilty. What actually helped you get through night anxiety alone? Looking for real tips not just therapy or breathing exercises.

Nothing works rather than a person's presence. I have tried everything. Like songs, video, podcast everything. Do not work.

He never asked for nudes and never asks. He's just my friend. I'm also just his friend. Also once he asked for my arm pit and later he said it was just a joke. What's his intentions? He denying my allegations of him gooning to me plus selling my pics. And he always says he just likes and admires my body. What's going on? He asked for my navel too. But he never asked for nudes.
