Storing lead ingots in gun safe ?
Anyone consider storing lead ingots after powder coating them silver in a gun safe and using them as decoy bargaining chip in the event someone breaks in and holds you hostage ?

My mortgage broker sent me this estimate and it has several mistakes on it including septic inspection, water well inspection . The home I am buying is on city water and sewer. Also his fee seems a bit high. Does anyone else see concerns with these estimates ? The purchase is in Stockton ca.
EDIT:
TY you all for your recommendations and advice. Let me clarify. My credit score is 830+, my income is fine and current employment for the past 10 years with same employer. I have ZERO debt. Loan amount is $418k which INCLUDES a 10k credit from the seller ($408k for the home sell price). The home is in Stockton CA. The seller is my close friend so i am not under the gun to close escrow or anything. I feel that $20k closing cost / broker fee seems high on a 418k purchase. After all your recommendations I may shop around after all. TY!
This is my 2015 kia soul 1.6 that had 40 or so PSI compression. Been burning oil for a long time. Finally started running like crap and gave me cylinder 3 misfire code and random misfire code. Decided to tear her down and found cracked exhaust valve.
Hey everyone. I have a master bedroom window that will not stay up on its own. I removed the window sash to try and figure it out and noticed that the window balance is missing. The window is a Milgard vertical slide window. I took some pics of the sticker and window jam but cannot figure out which balance would best fit this window. Any help appreciated.
Window sticker reads: MFGR Code: MG-3. Series: 5220-C. AAMA 101V-86. DH-C40. MST: 4676
