I was looking into buying a used car, and I noticed OK auto sales in Kennewick, had some good prices for what they were selling. Personally with used car dealerships I am pretty skeptical. So I was just wondering if there’s anyone who has bought cars from them and we’re willing to share whether or not they were any good? I’m just worried I’ll buy a car from them and then two or three months later it’ll have a catastrophic failure.

This is now happened to me three times while using their service. They will charge my bank account, I’ll see the charge and the date in my banking app. Then when I check my Ziply account there is no charge listed, they claim I haven’t paid and shut down my service. It’s annoying to have to call them and fight with them over the fact that they took my money, and now are trying to claim they didn’t. I don’t wanna switch back to Spectrum, Ziply’s internet is significantly better. Although them taking my money acting like they didn’t and then having to call them and argue with them is getting really old. Does this happen to anybody else? I’m just curious if this is a common occurrence with this company.
