Anyone have those Roadburn 2023 Giles Corey live recordings?

I went looking for them for the first time in ages and it looks like they were purged from the Roadburn site some time ago :/ All I can find online are various incomplete fan recordings on Youtube from the audience. Thus far am unsuccessful at locating the actual professionally recorded ones that were on the Roadburn site.

Going into a rehab/detox program in 2 weeks

One year on Xanax. After many meds, it was the only thing I was ever prescribed that worked on my anxiety. It as expected became less and less effective, wrecked my nervous system to the point where my anxiety is entirely unmanageable unless I take a LOT. I basically lost the ability to lead a normal life, and am terrified of everything now. Absolutely ruined my life internally. Tried to taper on my own and it was living hell. Made my digestive issues substantially worse (a side effect I had no idea about when I started the drug). Finally accepted that I personally can't do this without a higher level of help and am putting myself away in a one month program at a really nice place.

I can expect to be switched to a longer term benzo like valium for tapering, and undergo extensive therapy/counselling with the constant presence of mental health and health care professionals. While I have a relatively distant history of drug use, I have never actually been to rehab, so I am really, really scared and anxious, but I know it is something I need to do for me. I suppose I just needed to scream that into the void a bit and stumbled across this subreddit.

Funny feeling just below my sternum

Does anybody else get this? I feel like in the physical sense, my anxiety manifests itself in the form of this funny feeling directly under my sternum. I cant quite describe it, but it isn't quite a tightness per se, but more of a swirling feeling that ends up radiating outwards and making the rest of my body feel like jello or makes my legs/arms feel like noodles. It is this feeling that makes me terrified of going out and doing things and often has me bed-locked. This feeling can be constant throughout the entire day sometimes. Sometimes hours. Sometimes brief. But usually hours long.

Anyone have any advice here?

Edit: Meant to include, this feeling can be constant throughout the entire day sometimes. Sometimes hours. Sometimes brief. But usually hours long.
