Why the heck is actual mail/packages getting RTS'd but I still get junk mail addressed to me?

Anyone ever convert Muldraugh Police Station to your base?
you have to relocate a stove and stuff for cooking with but I think its a great location.
You have a pretty decent size impenetrable fence with a 2 bay garage for working on cars indoors, an already stocked armory, and plenty of roof space for water collecting.

here's some of mine
- constant push notifications "dash now and skip the wait!" when you're not on duty
- when doing a stacked order, the continue button is highlighted. many times ive hit continue instead of directions when trying to proceed to the next delivery
