I did have some caffeine yesterday. I’ve only been a week on 40 and did a little drinking last week. Sometimes my blood pressure raises after the second dose but not to 165/110. Any thoughts?

I spent 2 weeks on 20, 1 week on 30, and 1 week on 40. I’ve seen glimpses of feeling better when I up my dose or take it then it trails off. Is there still hope? I’m just ending my menstrual cycle right now and have bad pmdd so would love to hear from some people with a cycle as well.

I have been having a rash reaction which my doctor said is okay as long as it doesn’t blister and I can breathe, just to watch it but it’s making me very nervous. I went drinking last night and had splotchiness all over my face. I’m not sure if it’s what I was eating or the mixed drink. I’m just going through a hard time right now and have been depressed:/
The internet says no but I know there are a lot of things that are actually okay with the med whether google says so.

Life. I know you’re supposed to avoid stimulants and watch more but I was so high my hands were tingling. It almost felt like Coke was not just Coke but I know it was not mixed. Everyone else had a normal reaction, Please no judgement. I monitored myself and probably will never do this again. Can Parnate make drugs like this more addicting? I was reading it can make nicotine more addicting.
So I just started Parnate today and honestly I thought the pizza I have left overs from was just mozzarella, Parmesan and Romano. Should I toss it😭 it’s Marcos pizza. Also any positives of you on Parnate I would love to hear because I’m getting nervous and all these food restrictions are making me nervous.
What dosage are you on? What symptoms did it help? Brain fog? Hirsutism? Irregular cycles? Etc
