I tried resetting it when it gave me the option now it isn't turning on, I've tried holding down the power button and the vol button still nothing

I'm getting a bit frustrated, I got a subscription with Datanodes for quicker downloads and the torrent files aren't popping up on Qbittorent or Transmission. I'm using Proton that has p2p, but it isn't working. I've tried different games, uninstalling and reinstalling Qbittorent, and restarting my laptop to no avail.
