Advice on being comfortable on a plane

I've taken a few flights I'm always uncomfortable, those neck pillows don't help at all, my neck aches after an hour or two on those seats and I get headaches quite easily. Also I can never sleep so if it's a night flight I'm really tired the day after the flight too. I've got a 9 hour flight coming up and wondering if anyone had found things that help get through it and makes it more comfortable. Thanks

I like the first team more plus I have 0.5 to bring in DCL and can do Mukiele to Porro after a couple of weeks. Gabriel isn't worth it right?

Are a lot of achievements glitched?

A while ago I didn't get a bunch of achievements for a Wolfenstein game which was annoying but anyway. I decided to check what achievements I need before I stop playing FC26 for good and a lot of them should've unlocked already. Is there anything that can be done or do a lot of them just not unlock?

Belly fat

Hi, I've been losing weight in order to try and get a flat stomach, I've lost 5 and a half kg in the past few months and I'm looking quite slim but there's still some flab there. I lift weights and do cardio but mostly cardio. If I keep losing weight will I get what I'm looking for or do I need to do specific exercises like sit-ups? I'm 5'7 and 67kg

What's the new expansion like?

For the first time in years I didn't buy the new expansion at launch and I've heard absolutely nothing about it. How good is it? Are people generally enjoying it? All I heard about beforehand was housing and I don't care about that at all

Also if I do get tempted back what class and specs are the easiest to play rotation wise? Because I've always sucked at that

Losing belly fat

I'm quite slim at the moment but have a bit of belly fat I want to get rid of, is there any way to specifically target it? I don't think I eat more than a thousand calories a day and have started going to the gym doing about 1 hour cardio 3 days a week and lifting weights here and there

Ok not a basketball jersey but a basketball team. Any idea what this is or what it's from? I saw one in a shop (in England) for £20

Do I need to improve dribbling and passing? How important are they on a CB?

Don't know what to do anymore, been opening packs the whole year hoping for great players but ended up with an Evo team that I prefer and likely won't pack anyone to get in my team

After being patient all year I decided to finish them off. First two are lengthy too

Anyway to only use my ball and not my opponent's

It seems that they've made an update where you use your opponent's ball even when you're playing at home, is there any way to stop this? As I don't want to be using a black or dark green ball that I can hardly see in every champs game
