Southwestern Ontario. I already own the land, and I’d be putting this over an unfinished basement. I’ve got a kitchen priced from IKEA including appliances for $10k (good enough for now and will upgrade later). I plan on being equally cheap with the bathroom - nothing fancy.

These aren’t official plans of course, so local contractors aren’t giving me quotes; but I’m looking for general ideas of quotes because I’m trying to determine if this is worth it or if I should sell the land.

Can it give me a rash? Zone 7A

First pic: the pollen/seed part of the flower looks mite-ridden, and the petals aren’t developing on some and have fallen off of others. The leaves dont seem to be yellow to me, but what do you guys think?

Second pic: what some healthy coneflowers look like in my garden that are not fully developed yet, to compare to the ones in the first pic.

Third pic: a close up of healthy but very undeveloped coneflowers for comparison of those petal-less undeveloped flowers in the first pic.

What do you guys think?

Anyone have this shelf and able to measure the distance between shelves? I see the bottom shelves aren’t adjustable .. I want to know if it can fit what I’m trying to display, and that info isn’t available online. I contacted IKEA, and they couldn’t tell me either.

It just showed up on its own - i didn’t plant it. Fingers crossed it’s the native bellflower, but I doubt it lol.
