I want to use klipper (or klipper_for_cnc) to control a machine that is part 'printer-like' but also uses multiple conveyors to move objects around.

I found the Octopus board that can control eight steppers which would be enough for me, but I can't figure out how to smoothly move the conveyor. Sending tiny movements in a macro until I stop resulted in a rather choppy movement.

I also tried to configure as an extruder, but there I did not find out how to stop a motion.

My main requirement is a smooth movement and a fast reaction to a stop-macro. The conveyor is only moving with 20mm/s and should stop within 2mm after a distance sensor was triggered.

Ich habe eine kleine Frage zu einer Kanalreinigung nachdem unser Regenabfluss unterirdisch verstopft war. Lokale Reinigung gibt telefonisch eine Schätzung von 250€ an, was noch passt, also lasse ich sie vorbekommen.

Chef kommt mit Motorspirale mit Fräsaufsatz und reinigt das Rohr. Dauert etwas, weil wahrscheinlich die Verstopfung weitergeschoben wird, aber wir lassen immer Wasser nachlaufen um zu kontrollieren ob alles frei ist. Am Ende wird die Spirale dann komplett bis zur Straße geschoben, wo wir sie dann auch an einem Gulli wieder sehen.

Zwischendurch meint er kurz, dass er mal mit der Kamera reinschauen will, schiebt sie in 30sec 2m tief rein und holt sie wieder raus wobei zu dem Zeitpunkt der Fräser schon deutlich tiefer war.

Dann die finale Rechnung:

- Anfahrt + Material/Fahrzeugpauschale (noch im Rahmen)

- 2h Arbeitszeit (etwas großzügig aufgerundet),

- 80€ für Materialverschleiss (bei vll 20m Kanallänge)

- 9€ pro Meter gereinigtem Kanal (auch hier wieder großzügig aufgerundet)
- 100€ als Pauschale für den Kameraeinsatz.

Also massiv teurer als besprochen, Kamerapauschale ohne Vorwarnung oder Notwendigkeit aber insbesondere diese doppelte Abrechnung nach Zeit+Material und zusätzlich nach Metern klingt doch sehr komisch.

Gibt es bei Kamera und doppelter Abrechnung etwas, worauf ich mich bei der Diskussion berufen kann?

Und wie sehr ihr den Preis?

Muss ich wirklich vor jedem Handgriff fragen, ob damit eine Pauschale ausgelöst wird?

I have a torn cruciate ligament and would love to track my progress of the knee joint angle over time. I'm working in computer vision, but never with focus on skeleton tracking, so I have no idea on the current SOTA.

I don't need fancy skeleton tracking of a contortionist or a snowboarder in the air, I will have clean views, rather lab environment than GoPro-footage, but are more interested in accurate joint measurements, preferably without additional markers.
