About the phainon in collab

I'm not very familiar with fate and how the summoning of servants works. I've seen people said that phainon is eligible to be considered as a heroic spirit, since amphoreus story has been spread all across the universe.

My question is:

Will the summoned phainon be the one that we know and have met.

Will he be like a default phainon that has no memory of us? As if he's a new cycle phainon.

Do Gilgamesh and Rin remember what they did from previous summoning?
