My Nexus was revoked in September 2025, likely because of a pending legal issue filed against me 6 months earlier, in February 2025. The case was dismissed in June 2025 and then expunged in February 2026.

I filed an appeal immediately in September with two sentences (the case got filed, then dismissed on prejudice), and the case file was uploaded.

I heard back earlier this summer, in June, that my Nexus got reinstated! Not sure if anyone else has had similar experiences. All of the posts I read said that appeals rarely go through; I was excited to get that email from TTP.

Permanently banned by Hinge - I found a workaround.

1. Use a burner phone (tracfone ~$55)

2. If you use wifi, make sure you're on a vpn

3. Don't Verify - I've uploaded photos that got flagged on other accounts, 2 months later, still not banned.

4. Use a new phone number (you can use visible its $25/month, then add the virtual sim to your existing phone for verification)

5. Use a new email address

6. Just to be safe, I reissued my credit card with a new account number before making purchases on Hinge - no issues thus far. I have HingeX and have bought a few boosts.

It'll cost $75-$100 to get around the ban.

Phone Number, Phone Device (fingerprint) and Email all need to be completely new, and have never touched any devices that have been flagged.
