Would this list work or be any kind of good?

I'm struggling to decide which army I should go with :X

I got the seraphon carnosaur and the stormcast eternal yndrasta spearheads and I really like them both. Angles/dinosaurs it's hard to decide. Maybe someone could help settle my decision. On one side we got angel's and dragon's and on the other dinosaurs and frogs <3

Which army would you say is more fun to play and why,?

And what are the pros and cons of each?
