Can the Canopus Spectra WX25 (GeForce4 Ti 4600) be safely installed and run in a pure AGP 2X 3.3V slot (Intel 440BX)?

The card has a universal AGP connector with two notches, but due to its highly customized, non-reference PCB design, I want to confirm if it is electrically compatible with 3.3V signaling before plugging it in.
