Since 2019 l started fapping l was 19 at that time l started very late. Then corona hit and l was stuck home for like 2 years, everything was online . l couldn't end day without fapping.
l saw how many very younger than me and ppl at my age became more physically fit and l lost most of my gains due to this addiction .
Girls also say don't like skinny boys on social media and whenever l log in social media every dude was all about becoming physically bigger which started to panic me. So l decided to finally stop doing this
BUT l can't sleep unless l have fapped let go of adrenaline , withing 2 days l started edging (which u should never really do ) for like 3 days my abdomen started to hurt, l couldn't eat normally like l do l couldn't sleep so l relapsed for after 6 days first time in 7 years .
But l couldn't stop mentally and l have to do it again 3 times right after.
Now everything today feels so numb to me nothing is making me happier it's like my brain stopped working l have became like autistic.
