Wood Supplier

I just purchased a wood stove and am looking for a wood supplier. I have been told by several people that there are not many good suppliers in the area in that they don’t supply properly seasoned wood. Looking for confirmation that this is true and if anyone has a supplier they recommend.

Great Aunt is still hanging around the house.

I posted here awhile back about my daughter telling us that she had seen different deceased relatives in her room starting when she was around three. One of the people she talked about was her great aunt, who she is named after and she had a close relationship with. She had not mentioned seeing anyone for close to a year and then last night while putting her to bed she mentions casually that Moe’s shadow watches her. It was late and I didn’t want to keep her up so I didn’t ask too many questions except if she was scared which she wasn’t but is there anything I should ask?

Note: Moe was a nickname originating from cousins who couldn’t pronounce Millie and would say something that sounded like Moe and then the whole family started coaling her Moe.

Bobcat(s) On My Trail Cams

Had trail cams set up on my property for years and only captured bobcat videos a handful of times. Do they have expansive territories that would explain the rare but consistent videos I get?

11 Bird Species at my Feeder so Far.

Never planed on being a bird watcher but I am having a lot of fun with this thing. To my amazement, my children (ages 4 and 6) love the videos and have been correctly identifying birds while we’re out an about around town.

Looking for advice for attracting different types of birds. I’m in the northeast US and have had regular visits from Chipping Sparrows and Brown-headed Cowbirds and a couple visits from a Bewick’s Wren (not sure about this one as the description says it’s rare in this area).
