What’s the point in approving me if I’m not eligible for any tests?? Literally haven’t completed one single test because I’m not “eligible” or I “don’t meet the requirements.” What’s the point?? Why pass me through to be a tester if they knew I would never be approved to actually complete anything?? What a waste of time

People are saying don’t give them the satisfaction of quitting because it helps them in some way if we quit.. but if there is no work, why not quit? Do we not get the 401K money or something? Are tasks gonna pick back up later in the year? I’m tryna figure out why we shouldn’t quit, collect that 401K and keep it pushin..
