Does anyone recognize this one? Not sure if it’s real or not.

Hi! I noticed a few of these spot’s yesterday but when I woke up this morning they had multiplied. I’ve seen a few small spiders in my home the last couple days so I’m suspecting they’re spider bites. I have maybe 10 or so of these.
Edit: I also just started accutane so that could be a possible cause but I’m unsure.
