Working at the same company.

I am in the uncomfortable situation but my now ex friend has applied for my company and she’s been offered a position there.I tried to reach out to her two years ago and she didn’t want to have any contact with me anymore which doesn’t make any sense because in the past she was the one that treated me badly. Now I’m in the situation that I have to be professional and try to push away these thoughts of having been hurt/not treated well by her and now we have to work together. I’m frustrated with this situation and I need to make the best out of it and before I switch companies because of her I wanna try my best to deal with this situation the best way I can. Help..just need comfort or advice if you’ve been in my position…

How would you deal with this situation?

Baby age: 6 1/2 months

Schedule / wake windows: ~2–2.5 / 2.5–3 / 2.5–3 / 2–3 (approx)

Wake up: usually 6:00–7:00

Nap 1: 9:00–9:30 (about 1 hour)
Nap 2: 12:30–13:30 (45 min–1 hour)
Nap 3: 16:30–17:00 (about 1 hour)
Bedtime: 19:00–20:00

Bedtime routine: diaper change, baby lavender lotion, sleep sack, dim lights, feeding, one song, then into bed

I’d really appreciate some advice and hearing about others’ experiences.
Our baby won’t nap unless she’s in the baby carrier. I’ve been told it’s better for her to nap in her crib during the day as well, to build a routine—especially since she’ll be starting daycare soon (I’ll be going back to work).
We’ve sleep trained her. Some nights she falls asleep within seconds, but for the past 3 days it’s been taking about 15 minutes of crying in total. It breaks my heart, and I’d love for it not to take that long. Once she’s asleep, though, things go well—she wakes up about every 4 hours to feed. That’s normal, right?
I’d really appreciate advice on a few things:
How can we manage daytime naps in the crib without her becoming overtired and affecting nighttime sleep? Do some babies just not nap well during the day? What can I do to improve this?

Is it normal for her to suddenly take longer to fall asleep again after previously settling quickly?

Is waking every 4 hours at night to feed normal? I usually wait 3–5 minutes before going in to feed her instead of going in immediately.
