Computer freezing during test
I took FAR today and during the 3rd testlet my computer froze and had to be rebooted by Prometric staff. My clock stopped during this and picked back up once I was in and my answers were saved, but the technical issue definitely messed with my focus and nerves for the remainder of the test.
Is this something I should report to NASBAs candidate care email to report a problem with my exam experienced during this section? Or since no data/time loss occurred does it even matter?
