Long story short I did a carburetor swap on my 94 car unfortunately the carburetor kit that was provided to me doesn’t have any documentation or part numbers or anything

And for the most part, I’ve been able to figure out which adjustment screw did what but there’s a couple that I just have no idea what the fuck they do and I just can’t get this thing to run correctly

Can someone smarter than me please just tell me what the heck this adjustment screw is for
I’ve screwed it all the way in. I’ve screwed it all the way out and I have noticed zero change.

While searching for alternatives to a front chin spoiler for my 1994 Suzuki carry I came across this listing unfortunately this picture is pretty much the only information I have and I have not been able to find anything else

But this is more or less along the lines of the look I’ve been trying to go for

Any information or direction anybody can point me in for this front bumper would be greatly appreciated

Long story short I’ve been looking for a chin spoiler like Adam for my 94 carry

Unfortunately, the only one I’ve been able to find other than like a full front splitter/wing is the one in the first picture

Now I’ve seen other ones like the second picture for the Acty which arguably I kind of like more. I’m just not sure if anybody else has tried using one from a different truck and saw how it fit since the one that’s available for my carry is like $480 and the other ones are much cheaper.

So while I was D badging the front of my truck, I took it upon myself to spruce up the OEM running lights and turn signals on the front
Since the running light turn signal combo assembly thing is normally just clear. I painted half of it orange to help separate it and make it look a little bit more clean.

I used Duplicolor metalcast orange
Both for the upper and lower turn signal area and overall, I think it turned out pretty good with some fresh LEDs as well

As per my last post, I was working on a number of things for this 94 carry

I’ve finished the carburetor swap from a Yamaha 660
The rigs together a better intake system after removing the whole stock box

Full EGR delete which got rid of about 90% of the vacuum lines in this whole system

Currently still waiting on the new distributor cap and such to arrive

But I also changed out the stock suspension
Rear struts for some Monroe Restore 210206 struts
They really stiffened up the backend, but they seem to have also raised a tiny bit
I’ll have to figure out how to rectify that later

And the front suspension I changed out for some coil overs from ezkeisports
I know he has stuff for Suzuki carry’s and Honda Actys
I’m unsure of the rest of his stores stock though
But everything is pretty much OEM swap
No modifications needed

Started having some bad issues with this thing running, it just didn’t wanna stay started, and when it did, it sounded like it was heaving over

I do know or at least I think I know what caused it, and it was my own stupidity with the fuel system

But decided to go all in with the tuneup/fix

New motorcycle carburetor
New spark, plugs, rotor, etc.

EGR delete and a full system flush

The one thing I have to say has definitely been the most annoying part has been the over abundance of vacuum lines

About 90% of them I just outright removed since a lot came from the EGR system
The rest ended up just getting capped off

Since the old carburetor had coolant lines flowing to it, I had to reroute all of those as well

And even though I’m not a huge fan of that I had to just cap off the fuel return line that used to run from the old carburetor
Since the new one does not have a return system
