Prop 133 concerns

Why are hardly any organizations taking a position on prop 133 this year?

I’m starting to research initiatives and all I’ve been able to really find besides the Protect Kids CO website is this statement from the Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault stating 133 hurts victims and makes it harder for them to get help: https://ccasa.org/vote-no-on-proposition-133-this-november-colorado-coalition-against-sexual-assault-warns-colorado-voters-of-risk-to-victims-facing-life-in-prison.

It looks like a lot of victim groups, like the Colorado Children’s Alliance, have come out against it too. Having victims oppose it when says it protects victims and punishes traffickers screams dark money group pushing a sketchy initiative with other intentions to me….
