Looking into sandbags

Hey everyone ,

What's everyone's opinion on using sandbags ? Is it lower cost ? I assume you cant hit every muscle group ? My lifting experience is 7 years ago more bodybuilding style trainning thats all i know . Id have to learn to train with sandbags . Of course id start with lower weight bags .is there trainning routines I could follow ? Next best option would be ill grab dumbbells and a bench . Any other things i should know about bags ?

Ill be honest im 33 and im having a hard time picking amd carrying my son . Its the saddest experience ive had and i let myself go so its time to bring back my inner monster .

Sandbags

Hey everyone ,

What's everyone's opinion on using sandbags ? Im trying to keep it low cost to make sure I stick to working out long term ? My local gym charges about 90 bucks a month . Next closest gym is 30 min drive havnt checked there prices due to the fact it wouldn't work woth my schedule anyway .

I'd love to slowly build it out with a rack and functional trainer rack type and dumbells and kettlebells . But I like parking in my garage to much .

Grape vine

Hey everyone, quick question. My wife and I are starting to build our raised garden beds, and I'm wondering how far from the fence they should be. I was going to leave enough working room, but my wife just told me she wants to plant grapes along the fence line that gets sun all day. So now I'm wondering how much room you'd recommend for this. Thanks
