How often should I be providing grit?

Did a bit of research and I finally found a good grit within a reasonable price range for me. But I’m unsure how often I should be providing the grit? Thanks in advance!

My baby has grown so much in just a week 🥹

My little baby is starting to look like an adult pigeon 🥹 he’s so handsome and his personality is really starting to show! He’s so funny, curious, and rambunctious! But he loves a good cuddle session late in the day. His permanent cage is currently being set up as he has outgrown his small dog crate. I’m so happy to build a very fun cage for him. Pics 1-4 are from today and the rest of the pics besides the last one are from July 9-6 and the last one is from the day I got him, July 3rd. He was so cute. He had his first bath today (no soap don’t worry!) as he decided to play in his poop while I wasn’t home for an hour, he’s so silly.

Great. My toads have parasites (worms)

I went to clean the water dish today and there they were, big beautiful nematodes (dead thankfully). Doing a parasite treatment ASAP but that’s not why I’m posting I’m wonder where the hell they came from. I did a panacur treatment on my toads about a year and a half ago as a precaution and since then I’ve added no new things to the tank that would have nematodes or their eggs. Where the hell did these buggers come from? Should I be worried? Because I don’t want them to pass to me or any of my other pets. I’m unsure of which toad released them into the water dish but I’m pretty sure it was my biggest toad, a female but she’s not acting any different?? I’m so confused any help is appreciated.
