all referring to in game trades btw, on reddit its a different story.

i often see people freaking out abt a underpay in game-getting mad at even getting a bad offer. lets not forget children are still the target demographic-this is a kids game. there are kids. kids who dont care about values. unless you see on their pfp that they use elve and amvgg and still lowball you, i see no reason to crash out over it. you will get ‘bad offers’ because not everyone is glued to elvebredd.

and some of these underpays are not that bad… “omg they thought they could get this🫩” and its like a 1 underpay. my friend doesnt use values, and she lowballs me all the time. not because she doesnt care to but because trading does not matter to her- shes autistic and adopt me is simply a comfort game to her.

guys children see a cute pet and all they know is they want it so they try their best to get it. please be more understanding of that.

unless they have actual hts or good pets, do not assume they’re being malicious.

im lf megas, neons, and normals! love all of them in any form; if not these pets, im lf upgrades^^

not super picky with upgrades, also just love halloween pets in general :D

Lot of times its reasonable people they target who decline and call them out…but it always makes me so sad to see someone lose their dream pet because they were naive (unless they get hacked/scammed multiple times…how did that happen if so?)

if i lost my beautiful cryptid, im not even kidding, i would just cry. i would cry, because yes, my stupid heart cares about pixels.

do scammers not feel guilt…scamming little kids for freaking pixels? does it make them happy when they see the frost dragon that once belonged to a happy child?

i remember when i was a stupid kid, i got everyone’s dream pet, a unicorn and i was so overjoyed. so when the person who had traded me the unicorn promised me a neon one if i did a trust trade, little innocent me was overjoyed. I was genuinely devastated when i lost my dream pet and my beloved stingray. hey >!princess!< i still remember you, hope you’re happy😋

if its fair, thats another story. i was actually looking to trade my munchkin for a ton of eggs (i wanted to hatch them) and i found someone who i was tempted to trade with…they offered me two full trades of eggs for my munchkin and siamese…? wdym…and a lot of the pets they want are well in demand, rising, or higher valued. it seems like people who want eggs for pets want it as an excuse to lowball…dont get me wrong i wanted eggs for my pets but cmon…im fine with being 1 or two points under but over 20..???

if you’re trading a lot of eggs for pets, please lmk, but also, only if its actually somewhat fair…please

I love it sm and it matched my expectations perfectly^^they were pretty active in this sub before and make stunning houses, so glad I could commission them! I adore the detail and the mini aquarium. Overall, the build is amazing and I’m so glad I chose them🥹

alright, for context, i use happy vals too. avid user of them, however, i also have to take into account the values that are in the game. most of my happy val trades are taking ‘htt’ pets for my in demand pets, massive downgrades that i love, and just bad trades in general that im still happy abt

however, i’ve noticed a pattern of happy val users only underpaying. like a 20 underpay for a high tier, asking if someone who used happy vals would do it, and getting mad when people called them out. another post was a huge underpay, there was one on another sub that was a 20 underpay with a goose and they got defensive saying at lwast they were happy.

rarely do i ever see a happy val user ovp. i use happy vals and i always have fair or ovp trades-as much as i hate the newer values as a 2017 player, i understand i must stick to them to progress. this game, as lovely and adorable as it is, has become a mini stock market, and if i want pets i love, i have to work for them.

tldr, i find some happy val users to be entitled. its like forming a new line when theres an existing line right there. i know the line might suck and the placement makes no sense, but you still have to deal with it.
