Do the numbers. Pull the Met Council budget. Look for the headings. Add up the operating cost plus the cost of capitalized maintenance. Divide it by the ridership. The number is $24 a ride. That is way too much.

So anybody out there own or have info on the Tudor Mini-Subs? I understand there is a less desirable 94400 reference and a more desirable 73090/73901 reference. Sold as boys watches. I think came in a 33mm and a 36mm. From the 1990’s. Anyone have one? Know more about them? Are they any good? Why the price difference? Thoughts?
