Rang up, got straight through to a human (in a UK callcentre no less), 10 min call. Told them I don't need a landline or TV. They offered £22 for Gig1 and Netflix.

Before I was paying £42 for 500mbps, Mixit TV, and weekend chatter.

Edit: I rang the retentions number (0203 743 6947). I also think £22 is for Volt customers, £24-£26 otherwise without.

Super weird, and it's taken me a while to even realise this was the issue.

But after using certain chargers, whenever I go to turn my headphones on it automatically goes into pairing mode (as if I'm turning it on for the first time).

I then have to repair, re-adjust all my settings, re set up voice assistant. Absolute ball ache.

Anyone else had this problem?!
