Got my first ever snowblower! My spouse and I purchased our first home in January of last year and promptly got absolutely pummeled with a snow storms every single week, sometimes 2 or 3 times a week after moving in! We have a fairly long driveway on a hill so it takes us nearly 5 hours to do it by hand or would cost a hundred bucks every time for the plow to come.

Would have liked to get a Honda, Ariens or Toro based on reviews from family members but budget limited thanks to unexpected expenses haha. Didn't think we would get one at all but was shocked to see this 26" 252CC Two Stage Champion brand at Canadian Tire for $999. Fingers crossed it will hold up over the winter 🤞 for the price it'll likely pay itself off after one season 😂

Stopped by a local dairy and cheese house today, found out they sell Dunmaglass which is their take on Welsh Caerphilly. Been seeking out Caerphilly for nearly 2 years now since I tried it on the Queen Mary 2. Very impressed, it's almost exactly how I remember it, not quite as crumbly and the taste is a bit more strong than I recall but perhaps I am misremembering nearly 2 years later haha. Overall I absolutely love it and fits that 2 year craving I've had!

To my surprise they had a Nova Scotia Cheese Trail passport - I know what I'll be completing this summer!
