Surveyor has said the concrete needs to be 6inch from wall, how to tackle drain openings?

My daughter's partner is selling an inherited house. Been advised to move concrete away from wall as the DPC is too low. I was going to do it for them but I'm not sure how to approach the openings. I can usually tackle most DIY tasks but is this too complex a job for an amateur? Sorry, these are the pictures she sent.

TIA for any advice.

I made a litter box for the catio

First time using a router template. I was pleased with the result. Just waiting for the kitties to honour my hard work 💩

I made a picture frame

Made a frame for a momento we bought in Paris.

It's a fairly straightforward project but I'm really pleased with how my moulding turned out. I also used dowelled mitres for the first time, which a lot of you will know is not easy to get right .

My catio

Countless hours building. 120m of timber. 15ltrs of paint. Weeks of shoulder pain from doing the 60+ half lap joints
Hard work but the kitties love it

Included a partition so that the seating area didn't have to be fully enclosed.
