Ya'll think there's gonna be any good deals? Looking at a Cosori for $90 listed right now.

Newb question. I own 5/6 CP in China. When you hover over the executive CP the pop up in red letters states UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES can only be targeted by a faction with one CP in the nation. I am I actually at risk of losing the executive CP? I understand some factions get an event to get a CP in China but is the executive one eligible? Really what I want to know is do i need to keep grinding that last executive CP or i risk losing it?

Edit: Nvm I just got it literally next mission phase with a 6% chance. October 2029 with the 2026 start date. I'll leave the post up for any answers or suggestion. I Still have the USA full CP but gave up everything else as I took China. now at 522/525 CP cap. Still got some points in Canada and Mexico so maybe my NA Union dream has a chance to live.

So starting my first outpost and trying to build a mining complex but the game says I don't have enough resources to build it. But I need to have a mine somewhere to get the resources to build a mine? What am I missing here?
