Working towards 1000 points

Hey Kin - I’m looking to build to a 1000 points of Votann as part of my broader hobby goals this year. I’m looking for advice on a half decent 1000 points to start with, which I’ll eventually grow to 2000 points. I’m mostly a hobbyist so I don’t play that much, so help would be appreciated and would give me some direction on my painting.

I currently have Uthar, 10 warriors, and a sagitaur painted. I own just about every kit in the army, with multiples of some (eg. 20 hearthguard).
