Found in Oklahoma City, I'm used to Gulf Coast friends but this dude is so precious
Kind of a wacky assortment of items but everything has a very important use
Spyderco salt Manix 2 for cutting,
Demko razor for cutting things the Spyderco wouldn't enjoy cutting,
Swiss army for everything else.
Everyday karas aluminum pen, great pen, can definitely be used as a kubaton if need be.
Wallet
Nothing Ear(a)
And my "Calm kit" a Vosteed pouch containing a small flute made of bone and my weed pen 🙏🙏🙏
In short: Great earbuds for non audio discerning people, built for life with good quality and features.
I'm no audiophile but have always enjoyed a nice durable earbud that sounds decent. These stood out to me enough that I wanted to write a review.
I'm ROUGH on my things, just because I use them a lot, Skullcandy was my usual go to but these sound better, are more durable and are a very reasonable price for what you're getting
•Fit: I use my earbuds when I'm moving around mainly, and these stay in well enough that I can at least hit a decent jog without them falling
•Sound: Again, I'm no expert but I think they sound GREAT
•Battery: Haven't had them die on me, got close but 5 minutes on the charge restored them
•Microphones: Hate phone calls. But I suspect they sound as good as any other mid price tier earbud, if not better.
•ANC: Not super strong but it works, and has a transparent mode for when you're working
•App support: The app is streamlined and works good even though I have a Motorola phone, I connected them to my GFs iPad and it showed me a visual of the earbuds, I don't use apple products much but I thought that was a cool touch. App has all of the common Bluetooth earbud features.
•Style: I really really enjoy how they are designed and went with the yellow, which is a pleasant shade. They have white and black but I think the yellow looks so distinct and nice, and let's you spot your earbuds easier.
•Build quality: I have thrown every pair of wireless earbuds(usually on accident) at least 3 times. I keep these loose in my bag and they have developed scratches on the top of the clear case but I absolutely love them. It shows that the case is durable, even through it's a clear plastic. They stay shut and open smoothly when you want to listen to something.
A second note about build quality is that it is the best out of any earbuds I've used, which must have been at least a hundred right now
These are also the most expensive earbuds I've bought, for $79 on sale. 99 usually which is still worth it.
Nothing uses recycled plastic for their products and build them for life. You don't have to upgrade at all if you like the product you already have.
I think over usage of finite resources for electronics is a major issue that needs to be addressed on a serious level, and these earbuds impressed me enough that my next phone will be from them, if they release a tablet or laptop I would buy it in a heartbeat.
I would like to get into conservation work. I graduated high school in 2022 but haven't went to college yet because I didn't want to just rush into some random career so I could afford to pay off a nice cookie cutter house by the time I'm 64.
I have a solid enough stream of money to get any online degree I should need.
This seems like an industry that needs to be taught hands on but I simply can't afford it.
Is it feasible to get an online forestry certification quickly and use resources I have at my disposal for hands on study?
I am passionate and competent enough that the classes should be easy. I am worried about not getting practical hands on experience. I could study the plants on my grandparents small property, which has a natural waterway, a natural pond and connects to a hardwood forest.
TLDR: Should I expect people to take me serious if I get an online degree and apply what I'm learning in my own personal studies?
I don't know how college works but my favorite activity is learning so any and all feedback is seriously appreciated
Wrote this one with the idea to write a sludge metal song around it. Don't know how much overlap there is with poetry writers and metal but I appreciate any feedback. EHG/Acid Bath flow inspiration. This would not be the exact version of the lyrics if it were a song though.
Temperature fluctuation is enough,
To drive a lunatic fucking nuts...
Ain't no food in sight,
That I see,
Anyway....
Mind games with,
Unknown controller.
Let the bastard have the reins,
Demon esque fury,
Unchained,
Inescapable.
Back to the waste again.
Ain't no God damned friends,
Family?
You're out of your head,
My breed is dead.
Born out of gluttony,
My breed is dead...
Beautiful flowers,
Shaped as deaths' head.
Bastards back again,
Hear him knocking,
Let him in.
Sickly dog,
Face an osteoid grin.
Dropping weight,
Virulent sin.
He can barely stand,
Hell you'd ought to let him in.
From nether void springs,
Life eternity.
Leaves once black,
Turn a new,
Shade of green.
Sympathy,
Bright and old,
Feels tugs of spring.
Sheltered sprouts do poke out,
Divine conquest at any cost.
In the time they falter,
Death could do us a,
Part.
Apart?
Bastards,
Knocking.
Again.
But now he's a friend.
Feel the warm embrace of the beautiful,
Bastard.
News spreads fast in this salt soaked land,
News of the boy with a death touched hand.
As ugly as he,
And it,
was.
The evil hand,
Conjoined with The Man.
To bring a new shade of green,
Life,
To stygian,
"Land".
I'm looking to start a career involving nature but can't figure out what jobs make decent money. I am very willing to seek education or certification, just trying to figure out what would be most rewarding for myself personally.
I want to be hands on with conservation efforts, especially things like invasive plants and animals, I would love to be doing the nasty work getting rid of harmful species but also be able to educate people on the matter.
In a perfect world I would love to make good money hacking through forest to remove invasives and monitor ecosystem health.
If all else fails I would like to do specialized landscaping focusing on removing invasives and introducing native species(very carefully) and grow things like "food forests" for people on their property.
TL:DR: What are some meaningful hands on careers, that can comfortably sustain oneself involving environmental stewardship?
I really appreciate any insight, just looking for advice really, thanks y'all.
EDIT- Shortly after posting this I did a little looking into Environmental Investigators, sounds SICK.

Across chasms of old, cracked with the hammering of eons, lay ruin of debauchery that had long passed. Grand structures, grown only from the Earth and from the cancerous hunt of Beauty.
No man could know what happened here, the water eroded away any evidence of intelligent life. A terrifying anomaly. To be one of the sole holders of knowledge so taboo. Arcane information almost, while not having an inkling of *why*.
Our caliber of intelligence truly existed in times untold. Both before and after ancient swamps spewed their primordial retch. Books were written in years we cannot comprehend.
The structure almost resembled a Judgement Chamber. Stairs that led up to the aforementioned pillars, evidence of a large ornate door. One could surmise the beings that frequented this place had a judicial system.
My team and I, two foreign men who did not know more than 35 words of my own language, made our way to the other mammoth side of the building, which revealed one of the more ghastly things this old fellow has seen.
Machined characters.
Nothing could possibly prepare one for this sight. So silent I was as my eyes compulsively fixed on this impossible normality. The magnitude of this discovery would not be fully realized by myself until many many years later.
The runes had a remote resemblance to my own peoples' language.
I would not dare to guess what they say, as I wish no man would, but I will include a rudimentary attempt at the lexicon. May The Many have pity on you, my friends. For this spells that our destiny(and end) are carved in the stars, irremovable. Like so many mountains on the face of this planet that our kind knows so well.
(Roughly translated for study purposes) Log from deep sea expedition around 200 years ago.

Abide in him,
Neverending Jesus Christ.
We use thy blood as weapon,
On never ceasing heretics.

Reputable historians agree "Christ" is a name or title, but are unsure about any other details.
