I've just downloaded the Nuvio desktop version from the NuvioMedia GitHub link however I am having some teething issues with usability of the app. I am not able to scroll up or down at all for example to select any shows/films or any stream links. Any ideas how to resolve this? Thanks.

However the new update isn’t downloading for me, the dialog box to “install” the update comes but it just shows the “done” button then I click it and go back into the Nuvio app and keep getting the alert that the “downloaded file is missing”.
Also tried to download again and I’m getting the message “there was a problem parsing your package”.
Please can you advise?

I downloaded AIOMetadata add-on to enhance my library etc and haven’t touched my Continue Watching. I came back to the app after setting it up and suddenly half my Continue Watching list has disappeared??
Also some of the content I was watching has completely moved the progress bar. For example, there are some movies I watched a little bit of that are now showing 20-30 minutes left only.
Does anybody know what is happening and how to get my list back? Thanks in advance

I ordered food 2 days ago and there was an item missing completely from the order so I obviously complained via the in-app support within the 48 hours after the order as they state to do. Fast forward to today and I’m still awaiting a response from them. I’ve messaged them 3 times for them to chase it up via the in-app support chat but completely stony silence. I turned to X support and they just fobbed me off and said:
“We completely understand your frustration and why you are fed up with feeling like you are getting the runaround.
Please rest assured that our specialized team is currently investigating your issue. We sincerely apologize for the delay, as our team is currently experiencing a high volume of cases.
We request you to wait a little longer while they thoroughly review everything to provide you with a proper resolution. They will reach out to you directly via the in-app help section or your registered email address as soon as the investigation is complete.
As there are no further actions that can be taken here, we won't be able to respond to further messages on this issue.
Also, if you have any further concerns relating to any other issue, feel free to reach out to us.”
I’m not sure what to do from here as they’ve forcefully shut me out and I should be getting money back for a completely missing item. Anybody had a similar experience and how did they deal with it?

I'm not sure if it's an issue or simply a feature that should be implemented however I've noticed that the trailers don't autoplay for content on the Continue Watching section but does everywhere else. Is there a way I can get that to work?
Side note: it would be great to have Windows/Mac support for the app seeing as how it's growing!

Hey, I’d first of all like to give a huge shout out to the developers as someone coming over from Stremio like many others, the features here are a no-brainer for switching!
Just one suggestion I’d give is that there should be more customisation with playback speed as you can go only up to 2x on Nuvio but can go higher in other apps like Stremio.

I’m a new user trying to transfer over from Stremio and I’ve set-up all the add-ons with Real Debrid and TorBox. However I’m not able to actually use the app at all due to it not generating the QR code to login. Also why is there not an alternative option to type in my account login? Help would be much appreciated.

I'm a long-time Stremio + Debrid user now and it's my absolute go-to entertainment/streaming app so a huge thank you to the developers for that! I'm happy with the vast majority of the app however one feature I think would be useful is being able to track multiple episodes of a show simultaneously.
For example if I am rewatching a show I might jump for an episode in an earlier season to one in a later season on another day. This is already present in Netflix for instance. It would be great if this could be added please!
