Are elite lists with a low number of units more viable in 11th?

I haven't played a game of 11th yet but I've been following progress a little and I'm noticing more lists this edition that go heavy on durable units and light on skirmishing/scoring pieces. I don't know if the initial popularity of Purge the Foe is a factor, or if it's some combination of 11th rules, or if I'm just partly imagining it, but when playing with list-building I've also found myself thinking more in those terms. It's very different to how I thought about 10th.

It might also be that I play (and follow more closely) CSM, who have become a little more elite due to popular units going up in points cost.

But as a general rule, do you think elite, low-unit lists are benefiting from 11th edition rules?

Anyone else really feeling the points nerfs when list building?

I've just been playing around with a few different ideas and every time I get to the end I can't believe how few units I have. I try shuffle it around and the lack of space is just crazy.

Which CSM units do you think will be best in 11th?

We've had quite a lot of losers on the points nerfs but which units do you think will benefit most from the rules changes?

In S2 in my profile it says that my wins are 12/1 and I can't figure out what that means. I thought it might be Tiamat/Hundun but I know I've entered the Hundun door at least twice.
