sit down scooter vs mini bike legality

I am going to get this registered as a low power scooter in Colorado. It fits all of the definitions I have been able to find. Has anyone else done something similar?

I would just hate to get a fine or the antic impounded. I’ve ridden Onewheel for years with no issue but the legal aspect of the antic is tricky.

Yes, I am always supervising. I have 45k miles on this system so I’m very aware of what it can and can’t do. It just helps make my commutes less stressful.
