I'm making food for our dog weekly, but wife is feeding 2/3rds canned and dry

Our last two dogs died of cancer before they were very old. One was 8, the second was 12.

I suspected their food and/or over-vaccination with questionable vaccine formulations, so now I sous vide lean hamburger, beef heart and liver at a very low temperature, add cow bone meal (hydroxyapatite), D3, K2, and iodine in 8 pound batches, and freeze them into meals.

I do this very precisely in order to maintain a low-carbohydrate and nutritionally complete food without chemicals and junk fillers/protein.

I get the dog the legally required vaccinations only and ask for titers rather than poking him with a needle every X months.

After all of this, my wife insists on mixing this with Farmina wet and dry dog food when she feeds him.

What are some good arguments against her insisting on doing this? Am I wrong?

Optimal end-game fleet example (12 ship template)

Is this an optimal end-game fleet per 12 ships in the fleet? What would you change?

2x Coil dreadnoughts: 3 slot siege Coiler m3, 4x2 slot coil battery m3, 1x t3 targeting computer, all else magazines, mostly hybrid nose armor.

2x Antimatter dreadnought: 3 slot antimatter cannon, 4x2 slot antimatter point defense batteries, t3 targeting computer, all else cyclotrons, mostly hybrid nose armor.

1x Coilgun Lancer: 4 slot siege coiler m3, 1x2 slot coil battery, 1 phaser point defense, t3 targeting computer, all else magazines, mostly hybrid nose armor.

Perma-frenzy

Were the devs trying to nerf spamming frenzy with the weapon swap damage debuff mutator?

It didn't work.

You equip 2 LMGs. You empty magazine 1, and weapon swap to 2 before the reload animation completes, then do the same with 2.

You now have permanent frenzy as long as you swap before the reload animation completes. What's even better is the 9 second timer is irrelevant. Just leave the mags empty and swap to your pistol. Your next fight starts with a frenzy cycle after an initial reload.

You're welcome.

"Prototype targeted loot drops have been added back to Escalation chests."

Does this mean we can 1) target LMGs/striker, 2) loot chests in escalation, and 3) the loot table for the chest in escalation will target LMGs/striker?

Will the escalation tier also apply to the rolls of items dropped from escalation chests?

With tipping scales, Sleipnir is still > GR46

  1. The 4 piece bonus ramps your critical hit chance above 500%, making headshot damage from seasonal modifiers a rounding error.

  2. Therefore, instead of headshot damage, you use 45% magazine capacity.

  3. Tipping scales gives you 30% magazine capacity, for a total of 75%. When you add a +50 gunner pouch, Sleipnir has 175 rounds.

  4. This allows you to chain perfect frenzy while still using whatever two other pieces you want.

  5. The MK46 goes way over if you use 45% magazine capacity, you are sitting at 195 with +50 and 30% from tipping scales. This also allows you to chain regular frenzy.

  6. Sleipnir has far better stability and accuracy, it handles more like an assault rifle than the MK46.

  7. Sleipnir's reload time is around 2 seconds with buffs, much faster than the MK46. This is HUGE when you are dumping frenzy magazines back to back, or when trying to get up on another target.

  8. Sleipnir is better than the MK46 for everything, from legendaries to tier 10.

0-30 Expertise Guide

There's no decent guide out there for leveling expertise, so I'm creating one. No bullshit, just what to do.

Expertise levels 0-17

  1. Run countdown and retaliation

  2. Donate everything you can... except...

  3. Save 1 of every named and exotic item that drops in your stash, no exceptions. You'll need this later.

  4. Make sure to set targeted loot to brand and set items, donate those to proficient first.

Expertise levels 18-24

  1. Run Blacktusk Retaliation like a madman

  2. Craft broken SHD watches

  3. Use the broken SHD watches and ecredits to craft reconstructed caches

  4. open the caches to get blueprints

  5. craft the high end and named items you are not yet proficient with and donate until you are proficient (do NOT craft exotics, it's not worth it)

Expertise levels 25-30

  1. Equip non-proficient exotics and named items (that you haven't found the blueprint for) that you saved earlier

  2. set targeted loot to gear mods

  3. Deconstruct gear mods for printer filament - you can also convert SHD points to printer filament

  4. Use printer filament to level up your SHD tech skills you haven't maxed (e.g. artillery turret), then move on to other items

General tips for 25-30:

Abuse 3-5xp events to speedrun National Bond Armory - you'll get crazy watch levels that can be used towards more printer filament.

Make sure to do the houndsman a few times to get seasonal loot not in the general loot pool

  • I opened 100+ conflict caches over 2+ days.
  • 0 bonus (3rd) items.
  • 0 Rock & Roll shotguns (the only reason I'm entering this aimbot infested hell)

I've switched to farming the Dark Zone so I can eventually buy Rock & Roll from a DZ vendor someday. Were conflict caches nerfed? I haven't gotten a single useful item out of them, even for expertise. Did I waste 48 hours of my time?
