Do these stack?

Was a whatever ez mode Dungeon Dive so decided to choose both. Main poison so wanted to try and see if it did. speed to 1x and I can’t really tell honestly. Anyone have experience on this?

Yet equally clears. Light=OP

Tried a scrapped version of Lightning to see comparison to my main poison. It’s ridiculous. No book mount or light sent either. Insane damage..
