For those who don’t know this is a great tool to have for reading along with comics! Even if you’re not planning on reading the entirety of marvel comics it’s a cool tool to use to track what you’ve read and it has cool info about your favorite characters! The whole site has been recently updated.

My best loaf yet! Just took it out no crumb photo yet. To excited

Recipe for 2 loaves

720g of water
1000g of flour total
700g bread flour
300g whole wheat.
Autolyse for an hour

Add 200g of starter
22g salt
Poke it in and kneed till tight let it sit for about 45 min

4 sets of coil folds

Dough was at 76-77 degrees so I let it bulk ferment to about 50-60% took about 7 hours from when I put the starter in

Split dough in 2 and pre shape wait 45 min

Shape and place in basket
Put in plastic Walmart bag and tied it up good
Put it in the fridge over night about 14 hours.

Pre heated Dutch oven at 500 for 45 min

Take dough out of fridge and score along the side.

Baked at 500 with lid on for 20 min
Baked 450 with lid off for 45 min

Now I’m patiently waiting for it it cool.

Deep Crevice

Just pulled this guy out the oven and got an ear I haven’t had before. Normally the “flap” of the ear curves and point up and it’s clean underneath. This one the flap didn’t go up as much and there is a big jagged crevice underneath. I did score it right down the middle instead of the side I’m thinking this may be it.

500g bread flour
360g water
10g salt
100g starter
In Dutch oven
450 degrees for 22 min covered
450 degrees for 22 min uncovered
