How exactly does overpower work?

Per the title; I’m working on a build for warlock utilizing overpower as I am able to stay at 4 stacks pretty much always, but I’m confused on how exactly the overpower damage increase works.

I just masterworked 2 rings of starless skies one with crit dmg and a 225 willpower transfigure and one with 15% overpower per stack.

I’ve tried testing out both in game and it seems like I hit harder with the 15% overpower which surprised me because I’m losing willpower in conjunction with crit dmg on the other ring.

And for clarity i am at 100% crit chance.

Would like some info just so that I can try and understand it a bit better! Thanks 🙏

The most recent patch broke this skin & I would like it to be fixed

Per the title; i purchased this skin when the season dropped & it was the first skin i had bought in the game.

I checked all of the available colorways prior to purchasing it because I’m very picky and want to make sure I can change up the style if I want to.

Prior to the latest patch this skin changed colors on every single colorway, it was super cool and was the reason I decided to buy it.

Post patch the blue that you see in the photo is now locked and no longer changes colors.

I’m genuinely upset, hoping this is a bug and that it can be reverted. If it’s not, I’ll just go back to not buying skins because this is a major feels bad and I know I’m not the only person affected by this.

Trying to get visibility on it in hopes they fix the skin! If not I would like a refund of some sort because it’s not what I purchased.
