Concerned about abscess that popped on armpit hole still present after almost two weeks

Worried about armpit because there’s been this thick yellowish/green around armpit? Worried that it’s pus or it’s infected. There’s never been any pain or anything concerning physically just only been itchy around it. I’ve been careful not to poke at it and I’ve also taken a week of antibiotics. Although side note, I’m currently taking adalimumab.
I’m just worried if it’s infected? 1st photo is from last week and the 2nd and 3rd one is today.
