I live in a subdeveloped country, despite having above average earnings and having the right food for this condition its still quite annoying, i feel like members of my family do not respect the fact that i have to eat everything gluten free and hanging out with my friends its kind of frustrating. Theres like 3 restaurants where i can actually eat so going out with friends/romantic partners means we are going to the same places or i have to ask for delivery (some places do not accept you having outside deliveries) My mother kinda knows what can i eat and what i cannot, today she mixed spaguetti with my rice with some beans and didnt told me the spaguetti was apparently gluten free (she asked for this pasta with a neighbour) however the lack of communication tilted me i think it would make sense to notify me shes using gluten free pasta since i didnt buy it and to at least show me the box of the pasta, its like i cant eat anywhere and i also cant trust anyone to cook for me, how do you deal with this?
