What do you think of this Lab Diamond?

Hi guys,

I am ordering a ring for my soon to be wife, it's a surprise and am just a guy so need all the help I can get :D

I got the IGI report: it's a 5.10ct elongated oval, E color, VVS2 clarity, Polish & Symmetry are Excellent, and there is no Fluorescence. On paper, it looks incredible.

But what do you think of this video the jeweller sent me? They are pretty reputable (been around for over 18 years). I love that there is very little bow-tie, but do you guys think it's sparkly enough?

I have seen other stones from other suppliers that look a bit more crisp and shiny. I’m happy about the lack of a dark bow-tie, but I'm worried the overall brilliance looks a bit uniform or soft. Do you think it's just the diffused overhead studio lighting washing it out, or is the cut performance lacking? Or am I being too picky and it looks great?

is Fine Jewelry too risky because of fraud?

I’m considering selling lab-grown diamond rings on Amazon in the $1000–$3,000 range.

how common are fraud/returns issues, like customers swapping stones and filing A-to-z claims?

Does Amazon actually protect sellers in these cases, or is this category too risky to be worth it?

I have an AWD shipment on the way to an AWD warehouse. The issue is that the box and pallet SSCC labels were created under the wrong SKU, but the actual units inside the cartons have the correct FNSKU for the correct product.

I opened a case with Amazon. They first asked me to create a new shipment with the correct SKU and provide the new box and pallet labels. Luckily, the new shipment was routed to the same AWD warehouse. But now they are saying I need to wait until the shipment is received/closed before making the correction request.

I’m trying to figure out if this is actually safe. My freight forwarder can physically relabel the shipment before delivery, but they quoted around $500 for a relatively small shipment, which seems crazy. They also said other customers in similar situations were able to figure it out with AWD.

Has anyone gone through this with AWD? Is this a fairly routine fix after receiving, or is it too risky and I should just pay the forwarder to relabel everything before delivery?

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for recommendations for a reliable and reasonably priced 3PL / freight forwarding service in California.

I have about 3 pallets of goods arriving at the Port of Long Beach, and the final destination is Amazon AWD warehouse IUSW. I’m looking for a 3PL that can receive/handle the shipment and forward or deliver it to IUSW.

Ideally looking for someone with experience handling Amazon AWD/FBA shipments and good pricing for small palletized shipments.

Any other recommendations? I have already contacted AmzPrep & CaliforniaFbaPrep
