Perseid meteor shower August 12

I want to watch the meteor shower coming up on the 12th and 13th August. Any recommendations on places to go to maybe within a 30 minute drive? Anything away from city lights.

Is the Walhalla accessible at 11 or 12 at night? Or has anyone went to the Winzerer Höhen at night?

Has anyone ever ran into the "We can't accept this order" in Vanguard?

So I have had a vanguard account for 6 months and I have periodically tried to deposit money into my vanguard account via ACH transfer form my bank, but always receive a "This transaction cannot be completed, we cant accept this order". I tried with my Navy Federal checking and savings account, there are no flags on the accounts and they all show active and verified.

I will add is that I have been overseas and I have tried a US VPN and I'm trying to avoid the customer service hotline to avid expensive overseas calling fees.

Has anyone ran into this issue before?

Does the Arcaden Kino have A/C

I think I know the answer but thought I would ask since I plan on going soon but I don't want to sweat my ass off if it's like an oven in there.

A second question how is the bike parking in front of the Arcaden? Should I be able to find a spot between all of the old bikes that the city never removes?

Ive heard of altitude change being a possible indicator but cold weather too? I've got it to 54 June - October but dropped rapidly until now April, I'm starting to see an increase again. January and February were very cold months.
