Does this building have a self contained house on top?

I don’t know what number it is but it’s near Adelaide street. I see it a lot from my office and it looks like a little unit on top with its own garden

Trying to find a part when a male hybrid says “all this has happened before..”

**Solved**

This has been driving me mad for a while.

I distinctly remember a part in a movie or episode where an old male (prototype?) hybrid was saying to someone “all of this has happened before and all this will happen again” and then he glitches out and goes on a loop “again and again and again”.

I thought maybe it was when young Adama sees one at the end of blood and chrome but I just watched that and he doesn’t say that. I watched Razor and Shaw interacts with another male hybrid but again he doesn’t say this line.

I looked on YouTube and couldn’t find this scene either.

Please let me know if this actually exist
