The real estate market in this town is so depressing
I was born and raised here, have a good chunk saved for a down payment but constantly feel like I’m trudging uphill because of this shit

I have a 15 month old who has wormed her way into a cosleeper. She started out in the crib for the first 10 months of her life, but then with the transition to solids and overnight poops, plus teething and being inconsolable, she has been sleeping in the bed with us the last 5 months or so. I found out I’m pregnant with baby number two and immediately panicked and tried to get her back in the crib but after 3 nights of 3-4 hours of scream crying before falling asleep I gave up. But now I really don’t know what we’re going to do when the new baby gets here in December, any advice from anyone that has managed this with 2 it would be so appreciated!!!! 🙏🏻
I have worked for a commercial beekeeper with around 400 hives producing many tons of honey a year and they barely scraped by financially. I currently work for a beekeeping service (people pay an install and monthly fee to put hives in their yard and we maintain and harvest for them) that I think is pretty profitable. I’m just curious if anybody does this for a living what kind of business model are you using?
