I've had issues with diarrhea for years, especially after over indulging or greasy/fatty foods. I see a lot of people talk about diarrhea issues after surgery, was curious about who else had that problem pre surgery and if it got better or worse after.
All of the somewhat affordable hotels nearby are booked and I'm not willing to spend well over $1k for 2 nights. So I'm looking at hotels further out. How hard is it to get an Uber/Lyft after, and do they charge ridiculous prices?
I was diagnosed with gallstones a few years back but mostly ignored it because the only symptom I had was a mild pressure from time to time. I had my first gallbladder attack about 6 weeks ago and had another one 2 weeks ago. I can't see the surgeon until next month. Since my last attack I've developed awful reflux, a tight feeling in my upper belly and lower chest, and sometimes it's kinda hard to swallow.

Can I get your best tips on how to manage until I can get this thing out of me? I'm miserable 😭
I read the pinned post which said it's time when it's about 50% colonized. Does this look ready?
